This is a morning pre-sales training workshop which will cover installing and configuring a Blue Coat PacketShaper and show you how to take advantage of its features. It will give you the information and tools necessary to start creating interest in PacketShaper.

Blue Coat PacketShapers are increasingly being deployed to recoup promised ROI from ISPs as an alternative to MPLS QoS. They are becoming an essential part of any Data network where Voice and Video play an important role and can instantly fix associated issues.

From a Technical point of view, you will learn how to correctly size the solution and how to perform a basic demonstration of the product benefits.

From a Pre-Sales point of view, you will learn when to suggest Blue Coat PacketShaper as a solution to your customers.
