Target Audience

IT professionals at authorized Blue Coat BlueTouch Partner companies or customer IT help desk and support staff responsible for supporting and troubleshooting PacketShaper deployments.

Prerequisites

Students must have completed the two Blue Coat PacketShaper training courses, Blue Coat Certified PacketShaper Administrator and Professional (BCPSA and BCPSP), and passed the corresponding certification exams.

It is strongly recommended that students have existing in-depth experience of PacketShaper configuration and some experience of supporting deployed units.
